FOREVER | LAB is a private coaching tool run by Avi Javeri. Access is given to clients working with him directly. Using it means accepting what follows.

What this is

A place to keep training, recovery, nutrition, bloodwork and protocol information together, and to see how they relate. It is a notebook with arithmetic in it, and a way to stay in contact with your coach.

What this is not

It is not medical care. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition. No part of it replaces a doctor, and nothing in it should be acted on in place of medical advice.

Blood results, in particular, are information for a conversation with a physician. Where a result falls outside a laboratory’s reference range, the app says to see a doctor rather than suggesting what to do about it — that is deliberate and it is not negotiable.

Coaching is not prescribing. Where a compound requires a prescriber, that decision belongs to a prescriber, not to this app and not to your coach.

Your part

• Give accurate information. Doses, weights and symptoms drive real arithmetic, and wrong inputs produce confident wrong outputs.
• Tell your doctor what you are taking, including supplements.
• Do not share your sign-in link. It is the only key to your account.
• Stop and seek medical attention if something feels wrong. No number in this app outranks that.

Estimates are estimates

Nutrition read from a photograph is an estimate and is labelled as one. Reconstitution and dose figures are computed from what has been entered — check them against the vial in your hand before you draw. Where the app cannot work something out, it says so instead of guessing.

Availability

This is a small tool, not an emergency service. It may be unavailable at times, and it should never be the only place important information lives.

Ending it

You can ask for your account and everything in it to be deleted at any time. Access ends when the coaching arrangement does.
