FOREVER | LAB is run by Avi Javeri as a private coaching tool. It is used by a small number of clients working with him directly. It is not a public product and your data is not a business model.

What is collected

Only what you or your coach put in, plus what you connect:

• Your account — email address. There is no password; sign-in is a link sent to that address.
• Training — sessions, sets, loads, reps, effort ratings, and any notes you add.
• Daily check-ins — sleep, soreness, energy, stress.
• Food — descriptions, photographs of meals, and the nutrition estimated from them.
• Bloodwork — panels you upload and the markers read from them.
• Protocols and supplements — what you have been given, what you log taking, and what you miss.
• A connected device — if you connect one (for example Fitbit), the daily figures described below.

Connected devices

Connecting a device is optional and reversible. When you connect one, this app reads daily summaries only: steps and distance, resting heart rate, sleep duration and stages, and body weight where the device records it.

It does not read your location, your GPS routes, your messages, your contacts, or anything else in that account. It never writes anything back to the device.

You can disconnect at any time in Settings, which deletes the stored access tokens immediately. You can also revoke access from the device provider’s own account page, which works whether or not this app is reachable.

Who can see it

• You. Always, all of it.
• Avi, as your coach. Bloodwork is the exception: each marker is private until you choose to share it, and you can share some and withhold others.
• No one else. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with advertisers or data brokers. There is no advertising in this app and no third-party analytics or tracking.

Companies that process it

Running the app means some of your data passes through services that are not us. These are all of them:

• Supabase — the database and file storage. All records and uploaded files live here.
• Vercel — hosting. Serves the app and processes requests.
• Anthropic — reads meal photographs and blood panels to turn them into numbers, and answers questions about your protocol. Anthropic does not train models on data sent through its API.
• Open Food Facts — receives a barcode number, and nothing about you, when you scan a product.
• A device provider — only if you connect one, and only to fetch your own data.

Meal photographs

Photographs are stored privately and are only ever loaded through short-lived signed links. They are not public, not indexed, and not guessable by URL.

Keeping and deleting

Data is kept while your account is open, because the whole point of the app is that a number from March explains a result in September.

Ask and your account and everything in it will be deleted — records, photographs, uploaded panels and device tokens. It is a small operation with a real person on the other end; email javerihealth@gmail.com and it will be done.

This is not medical care

Nothing in this app diagnoses or treats anything, and it is not a substitute for a doctor. Blood results in particular should be discussed with a physician.
